Every dahlia tuber is guaranteed to have a viable eye and successfully sprout. If a tuber arrives damaged or fails to sprout, I offer refunds or replacements within the specified guarantee periods. Dahlias are sensitive to frost, but gardeners in warmer climates may be able to plant them in fall for blooms during their cooler growing season. Success depends on your local temperatures, drainage, and growing conditions, so I recommend checking your area's frost dates before planting. We are not responsible for dahlias lost to frost damage.
